HDPE Rollers
African Automation's HDPE rollers are specifically designed for applications where noise reduction is critical. Each roller integrates the robust construction of our standard welded steel body with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sleeve, offering excellent non-stick properties.

This innovative combination results in exceptionally quiet operation; at belt speeds below 3 m/s, the running belt is barely audible. These rollers are engineered to be strong yet lightweight, making them ideal for high-tonnage applications and conveyor belt systems wider than 1600mm.
